By default all Canvas courses are visible to all Princeton students during the first 2 weeks of classes. We recommend that faculty invite students to participate in “live” Zoom class sessions while following OIT’s recommendations for ensuring the privacy and security of those sessions.  Faculty can also share pre-recorded lectures with non-enrolled and enrolled students via your course website. 

Faculty who do not want students to “shop” their course should follow the directions in the Field Guide to Canvas to remove access. Please also refer to the FAQ on How to provide access to non-enrolled students on McGraw's website (under Course Administration).
